I got sick about 5 hours after eating here and having a tea in another place. I was violently ill the entire flight to Chicago and had to have a wheelchair come to the plane when we arrived. I vomited numerous times and had sever diarrhea.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Colleague and I purchased hamburger and milk shake Friday 5/3/19 lunchtime. Both have been ill beginning early Friday afternoon. Sweats continue and stomachache aches continue 5/7/19.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Sweating, Stomach Pain
