Went to Kroger Saturday night (10-14-2023) around 10pm and brought some checker fries. After eating everything was fine. I woke up 4:30-5:00 that morning with severe abdominal pains and nauseated. I’ve been up and down to the restroom that whole day and threw up everywhere.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

After eating a pizza for lunch I got violently ill. Chills/sweating, vomiting every 10-15 minutes. Non stop hiccups and headache. Extreme stomach pain and fever. I was admitted into the hospital that night and had to stay for 4 nights.
