I had a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch with lactose free milk last night and about 3 hrs later I started having severe stomach pains and I am still very nauseous but not able to use the restroom. My husband ate a bowl the other day and was up all night with severe stomach pain, vomiting, and constipation that turned to diarrhoea.
