Pepperoni hot pockets. I had 2 pepperoni hot pockets late last night and woke up with bad diarrhea, intense stomach cramps, headache, bloating, and nausea. My sister had a hot pocket a week ago and had the same symptoms.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache, Bloating
