I consumed 3-4 bowls of Lucky Charms over a few weeks, before I eliminated milk and other foods & realized that the cereal was the cause of my issues. I experienced nausea, diarrhea, cramps, and appetite loss. The symptoms lasted up to 24-36 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Loss of Appetite

We think it was Lucky charms cereal Kid eats lucky charms every day. Friday, started feeling ill an hour or so after, with diarrhea and neausea. Had gastro troubles all weekend. Is fine now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas, Nausea
