Bought a family size box from there, ate it two days in a row, the first day I got green diarrhea, the second day I was nauseous, vomited up the cereal, everything was dark green, really strange, that’s never happened to me before. I didn’t eat it again but I still have the box.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Green Stool

My daughter ate the st Patrick’s day lucky charms and got very sick afterwards. In about 45 min she was vomiting non stop with diarrhea and stomach cramps that lasted 48-72 hrs.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

I didn’t realize this was an ongoing thing until today. I stopped eating Lucky Charms months ago because every time I ate it, I had bad diarrhea shortly after. Since I stopped eating it, no more stomach issues.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
