I ordered a medium pizza with mushrooms, pepperoni, green bell peppers, and jalapeños. Within 3 hours I was vomiting and had severe diarrhea. It was the only thing I ate yesterday, so I believe it was the culprit.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache

I ate Organic Tomatoes from walmart. Diarrhea for 36+ hours. No fever, fatigue, cramping, or vomiting. Just diarrhea. I have had e coli before and the symptoms were identical.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Fatigue

Road trip. First stop of the trip around 11am. Got a bacon cheeseburger and milkshake. The cramping and nausea started about 3 hours later. Cold chills after. And then diarrhea about 4 1/2 hours after eating.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Chills, Cramps
