upset stomach then started throwing up… I had to take him to the hospital for food poisoning

Had a the vegetarian one of these for lunch and the next morning I had a horrible headache, dizziness, and then the vomiting. I know it was the pie because it was the only I had different than my fiancé  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness

I ate a Marie Calendar’s chicken pot pie. Within 1 hour my stomach was bloated and I started feeling sick. Had chills, diarrhea and nausea. Within 2 hours I was vomiting. It is the only thing I ate so it had to be the pot pie. After about 6 hours I was feeling better. Never eating another one.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Bloating
