I had a Big Mac in the afternoon. The next meal I had that day had nothing in it that could’ve poisoned me. The symptoms started when I went to bed around 11pm on March 3rd 2020and have persisted since  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Mcchicken sandwiches We ate mcchicken sandwich Saturday afternoon and start vomiting Saturday night, have vomit and diarrhea all night and start having fever on sunday, now that is monday i have rush all over my face  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Skin Rash

I ate a Grilled chicken bacon ranch salad for lunch and had horrible stomach pains within minutes. I proceeded to have diarrhea and threw up twice within the hour and now feel much better. I was feeling 100% before that.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
