Had a quarter pounder with cheese, chips and a coke and I am sooooooo ill!!! Started about 9 hours after eating there, only ate from Mac Donalds, sweating crazy in the night and now I’m basically p**ing out my ass! Feel like death  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Sweating

I had picked up a McDouble and a large fry and within hours became extremely light headed and nauseous and vomiting, Im the only one who got sick, it took fhe symptoms roughly 2ish hours to begin  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I got 10 nuggets, fries, and a Dr Pepper. I didn’t even eat half because I wanted to puke immediately. I’ve never had this problem here. But there staff is always rude and they forget/mess up orders all the time. It’s getting to be ridiculous.  | Symptoms: Nausea

we ate cheeseburgers and fries late Easter Sunday approx.10-10:15. .Went to work for 12-12.5 hours, symptoms began around 7 or 8 the following night, it is Wednesday 24 April 939pm and i am still undergoing dizziness vomiting and nausea , extreme indigestion , thirst, diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Migraine, Indigestion
