served me this undercooked double quarter pounder with cheese. So much for “fresh beef cooked when you order” especially when there are so many E Coli outbreaks right now. On top of that they messed up my order so all of this food went to waste

I had a chicken select meal with a chocolate milkshake. Around 5 hours after I woke up feeling really weird. I've vomitted for 10 hours so far. Along with that i had headache, fever and nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

My son got his happy meal from here. He had chicken nuggets, Mc flurry with Oreo. Just few hours later, he had high fever, headache, was feeling nauseous and had loose stools. He suffered like hell and he decided not to eat from here at all.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Midway through his Chicken Nuggest, husband noticed they didn't "taste, feel or look good"
Not suspicious of under-cooking - more so, that they were old/left out too long.
Next morning, he was sick at both ends. Ate at ~5pm, sick by ~7am next morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
