I hate a sausage patty at around 1:00 pm on Nov 24. It did not not taste so good. Should have know better. By 3:00 vomited nausea and diarrhea that still has not stopped. It’s now 8 am Nov 25.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Order a gourmet beef burger at around 1am 25th November 2018. At around 9 am started feeling uncomfortable with some gurgling symptoms in my stomach. By 12pm, I was in a full fever, vomiting violently and had cold shakes mixed with intense heat.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

It was around 2:30 and I had a McDonald's gift card so I thought to myself "why not get a milkshake" so I walked up to mcD's and as I was almost back home I felt cramps, painful ones too. Now it's 8:38 pm and the cramps have gotten worse and I have had diareaah and have had nausea too.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

I had a fish sandwich at approximately 2:00 pm on Wednesday November 21, 2018. By 6 pm I was throwing up, diarrhea, fever. It’s Friday night and I’m still sick.
