Location: 3909 S Congress Ave (off Ben White & S. Congress). Ate chicken Mcnugget meal w/ coke. Experienced pretty bad diarreah (2 episodes) afterwards. As I threw away my soda, I noticed a dead roach stuck to the inside of the lid (originated from restaurant as the lid was closed the whole time).  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate a ten piece chicken nuggets with honey mustard. About an hour later, my stomach started hurting and I had the worst headache I’ve ever had in my entire life.
