Ordered a sweet bbq bacon burger about 12:45 yesterday give or take, thought it tasted ok. A little gross after taste. Woke up at 2:30 AM vomiting. Definitely never ordering mcdonalds again. Simply gross.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

recently visited McDonald's on 26/12/2016 with some friends. had MCveggie burger, mc aloo tikki and a coke . after some time my stomach was paining and it didn't feel good at all .so i visited a doctor,which then told me that this was because of food infection  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
