Around 6pm on November 27, 2017, I ate two McChickens. It was the last thing I ate. The following day at 7am I woke up to soiled underwear, bad cramps, and constant vomiting. Whenever I take a nap I wake up to soiled underwear.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Egg McMuffin around 11 AM. Ordered 2 and got fries; lady in front of me was very grouchy and kept asking for her fries to be redone. I am now sick at work running a fever of 102 and sweating profusely; and my stomach has never been this sick.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea

I ordered a McPick and i got a double cheese burger with no onions or mustard and fries i also ordered a small caramel frappe. An hour or so later i started getting chills but i had a fever. I became nauseous and i kept waking up… See more

Last Saturday a friend bought hamburgers from them and later and a few after that I started to notice the symptoms, my other friend ate the same kind of meal and he felt the exact same symptoms as me until today I still have some symptoms, I'm thinking on going to the hospital.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
