Had a milkshake at 5pm on 4/12/22. Woke up at 3am with nausea, gas, acid stomach and extreme diarrhea every 30 min for a few hours. 11am and still nauseous, low back pain, gassy, acidic stomach. Am keeping down electrolytes. Heart rate elevated and generally miserable feeling.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Gas

Omg Iv never felt so ill. I took the kids there along with my friend didn't think much of the food and usually I can eat alot but something was stopping me an my friend eating any more felt really full an guts where bubbling!

10 April 2022. There were 5 of us at Macdo Lannion in Brittany. My 2 daughters consumed nuggets. Around 8 pm vomiting, diarrhea and temperature. We had spent the night in the emergency room  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
