I ate ready-made asparagus soup (from a bag that still had to be heated, according to instructions) from HelloFresh, one day BEFORE the best before expiration date.

Ate arugula that came in a grain and chickpea salad meal kit. Couldn’t sleep later that evening because of nausea. Repeated trips to the bathroom because of diarrhea. Vomited/dry heaved for about 30 minutes. Chills, lethargy, and fever are also present.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Other, Chills

Ate a thistle chickpea salad and then violently puked and pooped all night long despite having an early work day on set. Miserable experience. Sweats, severe stomach pain, nausea. Still sick and it’s been 12 hours.
