Ordered a burrito on 5/7/16. It was half chicken and half steak. While ordering, the prep line looked extremely suspicious. Some items weren't properly covered, the rims where you drop the prepped food containers were very messy as well. It looked like the line wasn't being kept… See more

Went here around 4:45- 5 pm for $5 bowls/ burritos. I don't know if it was the new lime chicken that I tried but that night I had a terrible stomach ache & woke up the next morning with a headache, & vomitting profusely. I don't even want to talk about the diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
