My son went for lunch yesterday 20/9/18 around 8 hours later he started having stomach cramps feeling sick high temperature and severe diahorrea. He had a chicken wrap which tasted fine at the time. This is the only thing different he has eaten from everyone else in the household.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
