We ate about eight o'clock in evening. I ordered artichoke garlic bread and baked spaghetti. About three hours later I got bloating light headedness vomiting diarrhea chills. Lasted throughout the night and most of the next day. I will never eat at this restaurant again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Chills

4 hours after eating the appetizer for lunch, I became very sick and could not keep anything down. At 4:30 am I went to the emergency room for severe dehydration, they wouldn’t test for what type of food poisoning because it wasn’t a top priority as I was in a lot of pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration

I ate the spin and artichoke dip. Within 3 hours I had the worse stomach pain of my life. Threw up. And couldn't leave the toilet. It was the worst pain I've experienced in my life. This lasted a full 7 days and I still haven't recovered. Very dehydrated and bad cramps.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
