GREEN BEANS AND CHICKEN ENTREE. I had the Green Beans and Chicken entree. I ate in bed then went to sleep. I woke up about 3 1/2hrs later with stomach upset and cramping. I ate chown mein and kunpao chicken at around 6pm of Sunday 29 of December of 2019 and I woke up at 5am of the 30th to go to the bathroom with diarrhea and had it along the day, then at night I started vomiting as well and I’m still sick with diarrhea today 1 st of January :(  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
