I got sick after ordering orange chicken, white rice and chow mein, the food looked a little old and funky and not like the usual food I get About 4 hours after eating the food I have a crushing headache, cramps, I feel like puking everywhere, and I just feel disabled like just really messed up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache

So im not sure If it was as a result of eating there. However 5 minutes into my meal I proceeded to throw up in the bathroom. Granted the food tasted fine. This was around 7 p.m. on November 26. I ordered chow mein and veggies, orange chicken and spring rolls.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

On Friday at 5:30pm I ordered orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. 1.5 hours later I began feeling queasy. Abdominal cramping began shortly afterwards.
