3 hours after eating walnut shrimp, fried rice, and an egg roll..(had not ate anything before that for several hours)....I got sudden nausea, and diarrhea.. Just me I was the only one that had this entree. 3 hours  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Ate around 6:30 pm. The last honey walnut shrimp I had tasted funny. I woke up around 3 a.m. with sharp stomach pains. Nauseous and gagging with horrible headache, fever, chills, and body aches whole day.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain, Body Ache

2nd time in 2 years. Thought the first time was a fluke and maybe it was something else. 2nd time was just as bad if not worse. I’ve never threw up so many times in my life and the cramps and stabbing in the stomach had me laying on the floor about in tears.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Ate some food from Panda Express around 12:30pm on 4/9/2019. Around 7pm I started vomiting and had nausea. My body feels week and I can’t keep and food or fluids down., Just 1 person and it was about 7 hours before symptoms occurred  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea
