My friend and I both ate white rice, teriyaki chicken and shrimp. We both got diarrhea and vomiting, the only item we both ate that was the same was the white rice so we believe it was from that, symptoms started about 6 hours later. The drinks from the fountain were also very warm.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
