I got teriyaki chicken breast and white rice and threw up 9 times and still find myself blowing chunks of rice out my nose and my stomach still hurts really bad. probably the worst poisoning experience of my life.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I had it for lunch. Got mixed veggies that tasted sour and reported it back to the staff. She said sorry and that's it. Now I'm feeling bad. Went bathroom 2 times after 4 hours of eating it. Feeling like throwing up the whole time.
