I had a Caesar Chicken Salad around 12:30 for lunch. An hour later, I had a major headache and my stomach was upset. I took a nap after work, hoping I’d feel better (skipping dinner). I woke up around 11 and began throwing up. I never had an issue with BreadCo until yesterday.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Had bbq chicken Mac & cheese, broccoli cheddar soup, apple, and lemonade at 1 pm. Felt nauseous within an hour, got progressively worse until violently vomiting at 7 pm.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I had a chicken avocado cheese melt at 12:30 today. It was delivered to me and I ate half of it then and half at 4:30. By 5:30 my stomach was upset, and by 7:00 I was vomiting.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
