Went and ate the chipotle chicken avocado melt for lunch, and had severe stomach pains before I even left the store. I have been up and down since I got home. I haven't felt this sick in a long time.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

Steak and white cheddar panini and cheddar and broccoli soup. It was the only thing I ate yesterday and shortly after I did feel right. and now I have the stomach flu type symptoms. I can't stop going to the bathroom and have the worst stomach cramps.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
