Today I suspect it was a cool ranch papadia from here. It would seem the cool ranch steak papadia gave me diarrhea and nausea that did not go away with sleep. I did not vomit yet but I felt like I would on waking up everytime I went to sleep.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Not only did the pizza delivery guy complain about how getting into my gated community was hard but then shortly after eating the pizza my 4 year old had severe vomiting and I had severe diarrhea. She is still now having diarrhea 5 days after.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
