I spent most of the day trying to hydrate and keep something on my stomach. Also a side note I am 5 months pregnant and have no morning sickness or nausea during my pregnancy, but morning sickness doesn't come with chills, severe stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. because I have also stomach cramps. Diarrhea continued all day it's now the next day at 3:41 am I've had over 10 diarrhea episodes I'm up now just threw up a lot water like stuff gust out and I had diarrhea the same time I was shaking I thought I was about to pass out threw up in floor near bathroom trashcan and in trashcan I was hot all over must be fever.... This is the worst food poisoning I've ever had I also have had stomach cramping continuously and everytime I burp couldn't taste nothing but then nasty boiled eggs. I took immodium AD the pills 2 at first then 1 after each bm and it didn't help stop diarrhea I tok the pills for night til 2:00 am no change in symptoms...My Dr called me something (a antibiotic and something for nausea ) in to Walgreens pharmacy but there were storms so I haven't picked them up I'm picking them up today when they open haven't been to ER yet too weak but I'm probably going to go it the weather is ok later in the day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Fever
