I came down with mild nausea and general gastrointestinal discomfort within a few hours of eating pie at Perkins. The nausea increased overnight and the next day I had several bouts of diarrhea, continued nausea, and overall weakness. I couldn’t even stomach water very well.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Weakness

I went to eat perkins last night, i got a burger and a bowl of soup, by the time i got home i was projectile vomiting, i had really bad diarrhea and headaches and i woke up with a fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

My husband got sick within an hour of eating lunch at Perkins on sunshine in Springfield, mo
Sept 8, 2017. He had a western onelet w/ fresh fruit and a waffle. I did not have any of those entries. This is day 4 of diarhera, cramps, and nausa  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps
