Yesterday I had Breadsticks from pizza hut and today I had 2 slices of pizza from pizza hut. I got this severe stomach pain radiating through my back, and it's always after I have pizza hut, I got really bad stomach pain radiating to my back and heart  | Symptoms: Stomach Pain

We ordered pizza and garlic bread and they next thing we know is that our stomach aches and we were puking. We are still sick now
2 people got sick. One was in the emergency room  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Had pizza hut on Friday night..ordered a large meatlovers.

My mom and I ate pizza last night and we woke up around 5 am feeling nauseous. I started throwing up first and at the same time have diarrhea.
