I had a mango salad and a grilled chicken sandwich Friday afternoon. I ate a topichop w chicken and rice and beans around 9 pm sat. I started to feel sick 24 hours later. The restaurant did not look clean from the drive thru window, I ordered a kids meal for my daughter and a chicken Caesar salad. I had a few bites of chicken and was put off by the smell. I threw everything in the garbage including the kids… See more

Had chicken sandwich and salad, but didn't eat the salad, just in case. Didn't realize the sandwich had some lettuce also. Didn't feel well shortly after that and then for the next day. Other family member got sick also, not sure if from Taco Bell or Pollo Tropical also.  | Symptoms: Nausea

Ordered chicken ceasar wrap on Saturday April 7 around 5 pm, within a few hours , sever diarrhea and vomiting for two days, today which is the 10 th I still have diarrhea, horrible nausea, thought I was gonna go to the hospital, pedialite helped.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had lunch on 4/2/18 I had a chicken quesadilla wrap with grilled chicken and ff and a coke. This is all i ate the whole day.. wed morning around 2am on the 4/3/18 I was vomiting and diarrhea all morning long..
