Purchased a 12 piece chicken meal ate piece of breast and thigh a little Mac and cheese 1 biscuit and a little fries at around 9:30 pm had an unusual late dinner at around 4 am wasn’t feeling well came downstairs to the bathroom that’s when it started coming out both ends.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I got a 3 piece combo with a biscuit and cajun poutine and hours later went to the bathroom multiple times. Couple weeks earlier I had a smiliar episode with a bucket of chicken and sides (coleslaw and mac n cheese), symptoms were same day, diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
