Ate a Bonzai about noon. Began vomiting by 6 pm. Lasted for 12 hours. Ended up with dry heaves and bringing up bloody bile. Followed by diarrhea. Ached for days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bile

Garlic fries Purchased garlic fries at 2:15 PM and was nauseous within the hour. The vomiting started about 3 hours after eating. So violently that I am vomiting blood as well. It was the only thing I ate since the day before and was right after eating them so i do believe it was from that.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
