Had the two taco fish plate at around 5pm, which was still delicious, later that evening from 8 to 4am I was up vomiting and having major stomach pains. Next day I spiked a 102 fever, same thing of nausea, vomiting and stomach pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
