Made a batch of Mac n cheese, after boiling the noodles, the pasta was disintegrating after 1 minute of boiling and the pasta water smelled formaldehyde. Ate a small portion and got such intense nausea and cramping for ongoing 4+ hours with constipation.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Constipation

I just tried a sample at Sam's Club. I didn't like them, ate one and threw the rest away. Within 2 minutes I'm got a metallic taste and burning in my mouth. My tongue and the top of my mouth and throat feel a burning sensation. My throat seems red.  | Symptoms: Other, Sore Throat

I bought the pasture raised eggs, when I cracked them they were really watery. I did the water egg test and everything seemed fine. Six to 8 hours after consumption my son started throwing up a lot and having watery diarrhea which had an awful fishy smell to it. It was awful!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
