Had a chicken teriyaki with spinach and onions and the day and a half later I was throwing up and had nausea with abdominal pain and cramps. Then throughout the day was unable to work.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain

Ate their sandwiches yesterday, feeling it today when I woke up their sandwiches Ordered tuna sandwich and a cold cut sandwich on their app, to be ready by 8:05pm yesterday. Workers were coughing and sandwiches were not ready until 8:10pm.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
