I had the sweet onion chicken teriyaki with just lettuce and tomatoes was the worst had diarrhea for a week now since then stomach hasn't felt the same since I never have an issue eating at subway but this time it was the worst  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting

I went in around dinner 3 on January 30, 2018 and ordered a 6in meatball marinara. The bread I used was wheat bread. And In less than 4 hours I began feeling nauseous and later on went to throw up for what felt like eternity. I am now disgusted to go back ever again.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I ordered the spicy Italian and I always do at cal state east bay, its very obvious that the student servers are overwhlemed and not following food safety standards. The salami on the sandwich tasted funny but I still ate it, regreted that decision for two days… See more

I ate a twelve inch BMT, about an hour or two after I ran to the restroom of my home with diarreah, while on the toilet I stayed to get light headed and suddenly started vomiting uncontrollably.
