I ate the crunch wrap Monday late night next day woke up with major pain, sore throat, weakness and vomiting. Then I read a report about the metal shavings and it connected together.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Sore Throat, Soreness

On 10/14/19 at 10:30p I ordered regular soft tacos and Doritos Locos tacos to-go. I returned to my hotel room and ate them. At approximately 4:00a I woke up and immediately began violently vomiting, followed by multiple rounds of diarrhea. 12 hours later I still have nausea and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Taco Bell seasoned beef Taco and Burrito filling produced by Kenosha Beef International is being recalled because of contamination with extraneous materials, specifically metal shavings. The issue was discovered when the company received three customer complaints and notified FSIS on Oct. 12, 2019.
