Ate crunch wrap supreme Wednesday night , Thursday felt sick , cold sweats , Thursday night D and V all night until 5am ... She ate a nacho Bell Grande and woke up I'm the middle of the night throwing up with diarrhea, The symptoms happened 7 hours after ingesting the food.
