The only thing I ate yesterday was taco Bell, I had two tacos and two of their new taco rolls.

I have been throwing up non-stop since I left there, and I have severe diarrhea.
I put the rest of the food that we ordered in the fridge.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered and consumed a crunch wrap and a burrito on Friday November 30th. Woke up with a fever and nausea on December 3rd. I then had to throw up a couple of hours later. I am still sick today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
