Had fiery dorito taco, bean and cheese burrito, and nacho fries last night. Woke up with Severe vomiting, went to ER and received IV fluids, sent home and have had diarrhea for hours. Never again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

One evening , I bought Mexican pizza, 2 crunchy tacos, 1 flour taco, fiesta potatoes for dinner. The Mexican pizza was to be shared with my daughter. After my first bite, I told her not to eat any. It tasted like poison. I’ve been sick for 2.5 days with all the symptoms checked above.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered a quesadilla and mini chicken quesadilla, and every time I order anything from Taco Bell I end up waking up at 3-5 am to either throw up or have sharp pains in my stomach and diarrhea. I’m never ordering Taco Bell again in my life that’s for sure.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
