After eating Taco bell, 2 hours later began to have horrible pain in my stomach radiating down abdomin. Nausea, vomiting green, green watery stool 12 hrs later. Up all night in severe pain, vomiting  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

At about 10:45am on 12/19/2016 I ordered a beef chalupa supreme and 2 soft shell supreme tacos. About an hour later my stomach started to feel funny and I had the runs. Since then I'm still in the same state but now I have extreme nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
