I never eat fast food but zipped in as I was in a rush. 7hrs later I was violently vomiting and had diarrhea at the same time for 4 hrs until I had 10 minute window to get to the ER. Still have diarrhea of the worst kind imaginable.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
