Ate Taco Bell on 10/31. The next morning I woke up with a severe stomach ache and immediately was bound to the toilet. I have been unable to eat anything other than crackers, water and ginger ale without throwing up or on the verge of shitting my pants.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever

Ate lunch at the local Taco Bell on 10/28. By the next morning I was nauseous, running a fever and diarrhea. Nothing I had for breakfast or dinner could have made me sick as I ate at home and both meals from sources (cereal, milk, bread, etc.) used for other meals with no problem.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever

I stopped there on my way from school to work because I was in a rush. It was probably around 2pm. I had two regular crunchy tacos.
