A friend took me to halal guys yesterday. He had the chicken platter while I got the combo meat platter; he seems to be fine but I have a severe case of diarrhea, vomiting, and nausea. Yesterday my food intake consisted of food from halal guys and cereal at home.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Had a chicken and beef platter last night (01/26/17) around 8:00 PM. Started throwing up and having stomach cramps by 10. Spent the entire night throwing up and having diarreah.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
