Started feeling an upset stomach in the evening after having the salad for lunch. Once my stomach was cleared things definitely felt better although am still battling a minor fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I went by Trader Joe's on Monday. They were temporarily closed due to a power outage. I return the next day bought food ate if that night and got diarrhea and vomiting.

I do not know how long the power was out or what they did with the food that was not refrigerated because of the power outage  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate half of the wrap for lunch started to expierenve stomach pain so I took a Prilosec. The next morning I woke up with some stomach pain but it went away. I ate the other half of the wrap for lunch. By the evening and followed by all night I had vomiting, diarrhea, fever, and chills.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
