We order our dinner at the restaurant at around 4pm. They food was delivered via Uber at around 5pm. The only food that had problem was the milkshake. One member of our family had it and she was the the only one having diarrhea at around 630 and nausea since then.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

I ordered a chicken nugget happy meal for my daughter and chicken nuggets for myself last night via Uber eats. Within a couple of hours we both started with stomach pain which turned to nausea and then the vomiting and diarrhoea began.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Inordered boneless wings and things platter through the Uber app. Within 20 minutes after eating it I had uncontrollable diarrhea, and painful stomach cramps. The diarrhea is so bad to where it was coming out and I didn’t even realize it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Cramps
