Lean Cuisine - spaghetti with meat sauce, I bought a frozen dinner from here I heated it up while eating it there was something thin and metal or stick like in my mouth it got caught in my throat and stabbed my back tooth. Its swollen and hurts badly to swallow or chew or talk.  | Symptoms: Other
