Drank half a caramel equate protein shake. Had violent diarrhea a few hours later. Now positive for E. Coli infection. Pictured is 1 of a 4 pack that was packed with the one I drank. I did not drink the shake pictured because it clearly looked spoiled.… See more

I got shrimp from Walmart. Even though they were outside the radioactive dates they smelled weird when I was making them. After a good plate I felt fine for about 30 minutes and then the problems started.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
